Hot Stone Massage:
Massage performed using hot stones induces a deep sense of relaxation. Smooth, polished basalt lava stones are applied to ease tight muscles, relieve stress, & alleviate tension.

Mini- Massage:
Swedish massage with concentration on the neck, back, & shoulders. A short, but effective session designed for those pressed for time, but need to get rid of those tight muscles that may be causing headaches & muscle tension.
~ 30 minutes $30

Maternity Massage:
Many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy can be alleviated with the appropriate techniques & being fully aware of the contraindications for this delicate condition. The mother will experience natural relief with pre-natal and post-natal treatments.
~ 60 minutes $75
~ Not recommended during first trimester.

Infant Massage:
The value of learning the concept & value of a safe, nurturing, & systemic touch. Infant Massage is a demonstration to a child that she/he is cherished, has a special place, & can identify herself/himself as part of the family. This can be life-sustaining, assuring the safety & support to be oneself. It is perhaps our innate realization that nurturing our young will make healthier, happier kids. It can be a practical & magical experience in the life of a child, as well as that of a parent.
